Water Class Descriptions

Aquacize: This Class format provides continuous movement with exercises to improve range of motion, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance. It may also include short cardio intervals.

Cardio Splash: This class starts with a warm up and includes at least 20 minutes of sustained aerobic activity that works large muscle groups, the heart and lungs. You will gain strength by using resistance equipment including but not limited to noodles, water dumbbells and kickboards. This class is well rounded with balance and stretching in the cool down.

Joint Venture: Exercises to improve balance, flexibility, strength & functional fitness.

SilverSneakers® Splash: Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
